After the launch of Realme 6 and 6 Pro in India, the Chinese giant has launched the Realme 6i in Myanmar today. The Realme 6i is the world’s first phone with MediaTek Helio G80 chipset.

Design and Display
Starting off with the design, Realme offers a premium look and finish, but it again a plastic build, along with a vertical camera setup and a physical fingerprint sensor on the back panel.
On the front, Realme 6i sports a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a mini drop notch for a selfie camera. The display onboard has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 89.8% screen-to-body ratio, and 1600 x 720p screen resolution. It doesn’t have 90Hz refresh rate support, because of this price point. The device comes with Milk White and Green Tea color options.
The device is powered by a 12nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor coupled with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The chipset onboard is coupled with 3GB +64GB and 4GB of RAM + 128GB of storage option.
It is claimed that MediaTek Helio G80 AnTuTu Benchmark has to be 201,278 points on stage at the event. If we compare it with the recent Helio G70 benchmarks test, then the MediaTek Helio G80 has a slightly higher AnTuTu benchmark score and beat Helio G70 Chipset.
Realme 6i runs Android 10-based custom Realme UI out-of-the-box.
For photography, the Realme 6i includes a Vertical quad-camera module, a 48MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 119-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens with 4cm focus distance, and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
On the front, the device has 16MP f/2.0 selfie snapper for selfie and video calling.
The device comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, but, the highlighted part is the 18W fast-charging support, which is really impressive on this price segment.
Network and Connectivity
Connectivity options include Dual SIM 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS, USB Type-C, 3.5mm and headphone jack onboard.
Realme 6i has been priced at KS. 249,900 (around Rs. 13,000) for the 3GB+64GB base variant and KS. 299,900 (around Rs. 15,700) for the 4GB+128GB base variant.
